"Hollywood Hideaway" is a luxury 7 bedroom Hollywood themed villa and is just right for those looking for a stress free vacation in a sought after resort with all the attractions of Disney and local golf courses. The property is themed on Movie and Sporting Legends consisting of a 7 bedroom + 4.5 bathroom set up. The kitchen and family rooms feature a luxurious Bernhardt sectional sofa, a 42" Plasma HDTV with DVD player & surround sound system. The kitchen with seating for 10 has everything for creating a gourmet meal or heating up take out: microwave, stove, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, appliances, & oversized pots. A powder room with pedestal sink and toilet is located off the family room as is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, & ironing board.

The garage has been turned into a home cinema/screening room complete with air conditioning (rare at Emerald Island), wall to wall carpeting, 10' screen, Leather reclining theater seats, overhead projector, DVD player, and PS2 console. A large movie and video game library as well as board games and children’s toys can be found here.

There are six more bedrooms upstairs. The first features tasteful black Disney furnishings ("Mickey" cutouts on the headboard and two nightstands) and has a king size mattress, ensuite bath, ceiling fan, bureau, computer armoire, 24" LCD HDTV with built-in DVD player, reading lamps, and clock radio. The large walk in closet has a full size crib which can be folded for easy relocation throughout the upstairs. Additional baby equipment can be found in the upstairs hall closet including a high chair, baby gate, second crib, and baby monitor. This is an ideal room for guests traveling with an infant.

The property sleeps up to 16 guests, and has a conservation area around the pool . This spacious home,with home theater provides for a fantastic holiday peace and quiet when you want it, while being only 5 minutes away from shops, restaurants, Disney and Golf courses galore.

The magnificent north facing pool area backs on to beautiful conservation area and also has a removable safety fence for extra added protection for infants and young children should you need it. As you will see from the video on this page the area is relatively quiet and has an oversized lanai for entertaining and dining al fresco with ceiling fans to keep you cool during the hot Florida days and nights. The spa can also be heated independently to help you recover from all the walking that you will be doing in the parks !

The property also has an added extra which is rare on Emerald Island, a home theatre, very appealing for the children, complete with 100's of titles to watch and a PS2 with some games. The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a breakfast bar, nook area and all the usual modern appliances with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack, or prepare a family feast.

The villa also comes with a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Our fabulous villa is one of the very finest on the entire community offering a host of top of the line equipment and furnishings, couple this, with its superb location at a genuine less than 2-3 miles to the gates of Disney and you can be sure of a stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. For Golfers - there is the added attraction of numerous Golf courses within the Kissimmee and Orlando area - the closest of which is Mystic Dunes.
 

The resort itself has tennis courts, a gym and a communal pool . Similar to Windsor Hills, Emerald Island is one of the top ranked sub divisions within Central Florida.
